License & Policies

COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE

Thank you for your purchase! When you buy these designs, you are purchasing a commercial license to use the artwork, not ownership of the artwork itself.

You will receive high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds or embroidery pattern files, all provided without watermarks. If you would like a PNG file with line art only (not vectorized), this is available for an additional $1 per file and must be requested before purchasing.

These designs are intended for small business use. Wholesale use, sublicensing, or allowing third parties to sell products using these designs without proper licensing or compensation is strictly prohibited.

For elegant and regular designs, line art is not sold separately and is only available as an add-on to the main design.

You are not purchasing exclusive rights to these designs. Other customers may also purchase and use the same artwork.

All files are delivered digitally via download link or email.

IMPORTANT USAGE RULES

The designs MUST be used as part of a larger composition. The artwork may NOT be used as a standalone image. It must be combined with:

Text, and/or
Other graphic elements, and/or
Other illustrations or design components

The design cannot be the main or only value of the product.

You MAY NOT:

Redistribute the files in any form
Resell, share, or give away the original files
Sell the designs as digital products, clip art, emotes, wallpapers, SVGs, or design assets
Sell or upload them as-is or in slightly modified form
Claim the artwork as your own
Use the artwork in logos or trademarks without written permission

You MAY:

Use the designs in finished physical or end-use products, such as
- Crafts
- Pins
- Cards
- T-shirts
- Mugs
- Stickers
- And similar products
Create and sell seamless patterns using the artwork
Use the designs in client work or commissioned projects
Resize, recolor, or slightly modify the artwork to fit your designs

LICENSE LIMITS

This license allows you to:

Create and sell up to 500 physical products (shirts, mugs, stickers, cards, etc.)
Create and sell up to 200 digital end products (planners, printables, templates, etc.)

For extended commercial use beyond these limits, please contact us.

IMPORTANT NOTES

The artwork must always be part of a finished design and cannot stand alone as the main sellable item.
Due to the digital nature of this product, no refunds are offered.
If you receive corrupted or damaged files, contact us and we will replace them at no charge.

CREDIT & TAGGING

Please credit and tag Carrie Sweet Art when you share or sell products using these designs.

When my artwork appears online without credit, it can look like it has been stolen, which causes confusion for my followers and customers. Tagging helps build trust and supports the original artist. Thank you! 💛
