RETURNS
If you wish to cancel an order that is not damaged, defective, or ordered in error, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be sent back within 28 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital items once the file has been delivered.
